Help Us Rethink Dilution Control in Mining
Why This Might Be for You
You’ve seen how dilution quietly cuts into recovery, throughput, and product quality — and how routing and blending decisions still rely on delayed assays and static models.
We invite you to:
- Apply your field expertise where it can truly move the needle
- Help change how the industry approaches grade control
- Join early as a contributor or co-developer
- Shape a solution before it hits the market
We’re not selling — we’re inviting the right people to help build something better.
Why This Matters
Dilution is one of mining’s most persistent hidden costs.
Even in data-rich operations, premium ore is still misrouted. Waste enters valuable circuits. Decisions lag behind reality.
We believe a system that connects ore quality and origin in real time can change how mines operate — from routing to reconciliation.
What We’re Building
DilutionGuard mounts over your crusher or feeder and classifies each ore batch (~100 t) based on site-defined quality bands.
Every batch is:
- Scanned with multisensor hardware (IR, XRF, multispectral, machine vision)
- Classified as high, medium or waste ore
- Mapped to its origin via GNSS or fleet data
This allows operators to respond immediately — not after it’s too late.
Our Installations:
“We recovered saleable rock from day one — and freed the control room team for higher-value work.” – Plant Ops. Manager
What We’re Looking For
We’re building a better way — and we want people who’ve lived the problem to help guide it.
We’re inviting:
- Mining engineers and consultants who’ve worked on the front lines
- Advisors who want to shape meaningful tools
- Potential collaborators or co-developers aligned with this mission
Ways to Collaborate
We’re open to:
- Offering feedback or technical validation
- Partnering to co-develop site-specific features
- Exploring deeper collaboration as a contributor or co-founder
No pressure. Just an invitation to take a look and let us know what you think.
