How it works?
1. Scan the Ore
As material moves along the conveyor or feeder, the OreScanner scans it continuously in real time.
2. Analyze by Batch
The system calculates the average ore grade or impurity level for each batch — with batch size set by the user, from a short belt segment to a full truckload.

3. Sort Automatically
Based on the results, the system sends a signal to the PLC. The diverter then sends each batch to the waste pile or the processing line, depending on the quality limits you define.
